Computer Engineer · IT Support · Cybersecurity

I diagnose systems, support users, and investigate security signals.

Professional Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support experience, backed by hands-on systems, networking, and security monitoring labs.

My foundation is root-cause troubleshooting across Windows, hardware, software, and networks. I apply that same method to logs, SIEM alerts, vulnerability assessment, and authorized security labs.

About

From system performance to professional troubleshooting.

My interest in technology started with gaming and a practical question: why can the same workload behave so differently from one computer to another? Looking at performance, temperatures, resource use, and hardware bottlenecks pushed me into understanding how PCs and operating systems work.

That curiosity became a troubleshooting habit. I learned to separate hardware, software, driver, configuration, and network problems; maintain and optimize Windows systems; and support users when technology got in the way of their work. As a Computer Engineer and later an IT Analyst at SISalud, I applied that mindset in professional Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.

Cybersecurity was a natural next step. Once I knew how to diagnose and maintain systems, I wanted to understand how they are monitored, how weaknesses are identified, and how suspicious activity appears in logs and alerts. Today I combine my IT support foundation with hands-on security monitoring and authorized homelab work as I pursue IT support and junior security operations roles.

Experience
